At Polar Skate, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unwashed and unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that skate hardware must be unopened and in its original shrink-wrap to qualify for a refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the invoice is included inside the box.
Ship It Back
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
